It’s an absolute ripper. The cockatoos cannot get in any more. Gave one to my neighbour cause they were constantly getting in and throwing rubbish everywhere had noticed a lot more on the bins since we put ours on. Thank you so much lid stop highly recommend.

What a life saver this product has been for us. We’ve had cockatoos opening many bins in our street, with the birds looking for food and making a huge mess. Initially we were a little worried how this product would work but it’s exceeded our expectations in the best way.
Will be fantastic in winter when it’s raining because our garbage collectors never replace the lid & now, no water in the bottom of our bin! We are the only house in our street who has a closed lid after collection. ❤️

A very elagent solution to preventing cockatoos from lifting the bin lid and spreading rubbish all over the street.
Living on the top of a windy hill, I now delight in knowing our bin lids no longer fly open and incessantly beat like a pesky drum as they bang back against the body of the bin. I've even been caught delighting in watching the bins being emptied into the collection truck just to see our LidStops at work. They are easily removed and reattached if you need to open the bin all the way to facilitate something like emptying a grass catcher. A terrific aid and a brilliant idea.
Best thing to stop the lids flying open and rubbish ending up all over the street in windy weather. I have one for the red bin and one for the yellow. Highly recommend
